When you arrive for your appointment, please wait in your car and text me, letting me know you are here.
(You will have this number from a text confirmation 24-48 hrs prior to your appointment)
 

Before your appointment begins, you will be asked to please wash your hands thoroughly for at least 20 seconds when you arrive.
 

Please do not bring any friends or family members to your appointment. If you do, they will have to wait in the car.
